Can Overthinking Kill? How to Stop Overthinking

Can ‘overthinking’ and ‘anxiety’ kill?  If the flow of your mind continues, your body suffers from an increase in cortisol that can have a long-term effect on your health. Overthinking is the passive method of thinking about something disturbing without acting on it. Others can initially be compassionate, but after a while they become irritated because the ruminator doesn't like to take action to fix the concerns, despite supportive communication, genuine compassion, and useful information. Pretty quickly, what the over thinker gets is ignorance.

Layers of negative feelings must be unfolded in order to prevent or treat overthinking disorder. Good feelings such as affection and gratitude balance the mind's mental capability so that overthinking does not occur all of the time.

People with high degree of positive impulses can handle daily challenges and are better equipped for traumatic events.

How To Overcome Overthinking and Stress

·        Acknowledge your feelings and pain.
·        Confide in someone.
·        Find some enjoyable activity to keep your mind off things.
·        Find your strengths.
·        Indulge in Self-care.
·        Make a list of all feasible solutions to the problem,
·        Meditate.
·        Pen down your thoughts.

How Can I Practice Self Love - a delusional concept of the self- love psychology

There are numerous articles on the internet about why is self-love important and how to love yourself. But I don't understand why we can't grasp the entire concept of love and the factors that influence it.  The concept of love at first sight is greatly exaggerated. It is impossible to love someone simply by looking at them or casting a single glance at them. Love cannot be romantic; in fact, I do not believe that this adjective should be associated with love because it is not the only factor that can sustain love. We, as humans, have a plethora of needs and requirements that revolve around our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. There are many people who have failed relationships because the only concept that has remained with them throughout their lives is the love that they have read about in fairy tales or seen in movies. The most pernicious lie is that "opposites attract." This fact simply does not hold water with me. Opposites may att...

There are many reasons  why I want to give them that name. But let's start by explaining what narcissism really is before we get into the details. Click here "I am much superior to him. I have a right to be respected. " "I am worthy of everything positive in the world." "Why was he promoted? I have better capabilities than him. " These are some of the phrases that run through a narcissistic person's head. According to psychology, a narcissistic person has a mental illness that leads them to believe they are entitled to all the good things in the world despite the fact that they are not offering something good in exchange. I just fee...
